We are a Pennsylvania licensed, privately funded research winery. What we make here is project driven, meaning we're often working with museum archives and historic sites to bring to life some amazing traditional recipes that had been lost to time. The attention to detail required by this process makes small batch production a necessity, and because of this we typically make only a few hundred gallons each year, with much of it being pre-sold.
